Okay so I know my plan was to take this blog in a new direction and only do interviews, but in the time since I made that decision, my life has gone crazy and I've had to work on a number of time-consuming projects that leave very little time for this blog. I have been working on posting the same interview for entirely too long and it STILL isn't finished!
The difference between blogging about objects and blogging about an actual person, is the amount of work you have to put into writing the blog. To blog about an object, you can simply observe it, write about it, and keep moving. When you're blogging about a person, you need to take some extra time to research that person, then interview them, then put their answers into a blog post that provides a clear representation of what they are about, and why you find them so interesting. This takes ALOT of time!
So, in light of the amount of projects that I am working on, I have to change the scope of this project to something that is easier for me, because I dont want to write any blogs that don't portray exactly how fabulous the interviewee is, or that seems like i rushed through it, just for the sake of putting out a post. That seems fair doesn't it?
It was also killing me to continue to run across all of these awesome finds, and to hardly be telling anyone about them. Do you see these shoes??! I can't say that I would pay $179 for them, but they do inspire me to at least try my hand at modifying some shoes to create my own version of this. If they look cute, I'll feel really accomplished. If they look horrible, then I'll just have to fork over the cash to Bebe...what do you think about scarves and sandals?

I am absolutely horrible at sticking to routines and regimens. I always buy products with the intent to start some new routine, and it never works as well as it can because I can never remember to use it all the time. I bought a product called Enormous Lash MONTHS AGO and started using it to see if it would have any effect on my lashes. Well I used it for a couple of days, then stopped....and a few weeks later I used it for a couple days and stopped...then at some point I was really good about putting it on for 3 weeks and got great results....then I stopped and forgot all about it....LOL.
So this morning I was browsing the beauty videos on YouTube and found an interesting one about a product called Buxom Lashliner.....an eyeliner that helps your lashes grow!!! How awesome! I think I had a valid reason for being unable to get into using the Enormous Lash serum everyday. I would always forget to put it on before my makeup on and I normally forget to take my eye makeup off before I go to bed, so I kept missing the opportunity to use the product.
Anyway, I was glad to run accross this video and since I am running low on my favorite eyeliner, I definitely think its time for me to try something new. Today's collage has a little something for everyone. Enhancing mascara's, liners, serums, strip falsies, individual falsies; whatever tickles your fancy! I may look crazy, but at some point, I want to try them all!

I've spent the past few days scouring the internet for tons of videos to share with you guys. There are sooooooo many great video bloggers out there that have great makeup, hair, and beauty videos, that I almost had a serious case of information overload. I just want to upload ALL the videos right now! But that would be no fun! So after careful deliberation, and condsidering that the Golden Globes airs to night, and the entire fashion world is anticipating celebrity red carpet styles, I decided that it would only be right to bring out the drama eyes for tonight. Are any of you going to watch?
The countdown is on! One month until Valentine's Day! And its never to early to start "casually mentioning" things that are of interest to you, or "accidently" leaving a website on the computer, that just happens to have the item of your desire "conveniently" already in the shopping cart.....lol....how devious! Whatever method you use to get what you want, it is absolutely, positively, NEVER to early to start thinking about what you want, AND what you are going to give (come on, don't be selfish!) I think one of my best V-Day experiences was getting snowed in with a long-distance boyfriend. After a nice dinner, we spent the night in front of the fire watching movies and watching the snow fall, and we had absolutely no idea that there was going to be a blizzard! We were greeted the next morning by a foot of snow! So we did the only thing we could do, got back in bed and got a few more hours of sleep and snuggling, watched tons of movies, and had a serious marathon Monopoly game. The best part of our snowed in episode was that he cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner the entire time. Yum! Whats the best/worse thing you have ever received or experienced on Valentine's Day?
